DESIGNED AROUND YOUR LIFE

Start with what matters to you.

A pool should fit the property and the people using it. Begin with how you want to swim, relax and gather, then consider the relationship between the pool, patio and home.

What we can discuss

  • Pool and outdoor-space scope conversations
  • Site and access considerations
  • Poolside patio coordination
  • Maintenance and safety planning questions

FLORIDA CONSIDERATIONS

What shapes pools here.

01

Barriers and safety

Florida’s residential pool safety law sets barrier and safety-feature requirements that are part of the design from the start.

02

Site, access and equipment

Soil, drainage, construction access and where equipment will sit all shape the layout.

03

The whole-backyard budget

Deck, screen enclosure, fencing, landscaping and utilities often sit outside the price of the pool shell.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few useful questions.

Can I choose a pool shape before a site review?

Inspiration is welcome, but buildable space, drainage, utilities and equipment access may affect the final layout.

What about pool safety requirements?

Pool barriers and other safety requirements need to be confirmed for the property and jurisdiction. Discuss these with qualified professionals during planning.

How big should the pool be?

Start with how it will be used (laps, lounging, play) and how much yard you want left, then size from there.

Scope, availability, professional responsibilities, permits and any required specialist work are confirmed for each project before an agreement.

Build an all-in pool budget

Compare pool proposals using the complete backyard scope. A price for the pool shell or a base package may leave significant owner costs outside the headline total.
